My career has allowed me to work across different areas of technology, including CXone, Salesforce, system administration, integrations, reporting, and product management. I enjoy solving problems, improving processes, exploring new technologies, and finding practical ways to make digital tools work better for people and businesses. Outside of work, I’m a creative at heart. I’ve been involved in graphic design, photography, blogging, digital marketing, gaming, and small-business projects for many years. This website is a collection of the things I’ve built, learned, experienced, and continue to explore creative work, and personal interests. fRANz & thE fURiOus started as my personal blog many years ago, and today it continues to evolve as my online portfolio, personal knowledge hub, and digital playground.
