My career has allowed me to work across different areas of technology, including CXone, Salesforce, system administration, integrations, reporting, and product management. I enjoy solving problems, improving processes, exploring new technologies, and finding practical ways to make digital tools work better for people and businesses. Outside of work, I’m a creative at heart. I’ve been involved in graphic design, photography, blogging, digital marketing, gaming, and small-business projects for many years.
